PATIO FAQ’S
Yes. We carry out patio installations year-round, though we will always advise if ground conditions make it sensible to reschedule. Frost and standing water can affect the curing process, so we plan carefully around the weather when needed.
Porcelain is widely regarded as the easiest surface to maintain. It resists staining, does not absorb water, and rarely needs sealing. Natural stone looks stunning but does benefit from periodic sealing to protect its finish.
Absolutely. Drainage is always part of our site assessment. We can install linear drainage channels, permeable jointing, or subtle falls in the paving to direct water away from your property.
