This coastal property was given a total makeover with new porcelain paving, composite decking, slatted fencing, lighting, new driveway, planting and a shower area to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. A kitchen area was built with a custom made bbq and polished concrete work top for alfresco summer evenings.
